About this Form:  This is a no-fault divorce form for the State of New Jersey (COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE). Most courts will require that this form be completed along with a Marital Settlement Agreement (Minor Children). Please note that in Paragraph 5 (Grounds for Divorce), the Petitioner will need to specify actual grounds for divorce that are recognized as valid in New Jersey. New Jersey law adheres only the following grounds as adequate for granting a no-fault divorce: Irreconcilable marital differences.
